Senior Business Analyst – Procurement

Location: Manila

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite once a month or as required)

Contract: 1 year, with possible extension

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, improve procurement processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise procurement systems. fileciteturn1file0L19-L27

Key Responsibilities

●    Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

●    Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement discussions.

●    Understand current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.

●    Convert business requirements into:

○    User stories

○    Acceptance criteria

○    Process flows

○    Functional specifications

●    Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

●    Work closely with developers, QA teams, architects, and vendors.

●    Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement.

●    Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

●    Maintain requirement documentation and traceability.

●    Help resolve requirement gaps, risks, and stakeholder issues.

Required Skills & Experience

●    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.

●    8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.

●    Strong experience in procurement processes, including:

○    Source-to-Pay (S2P)

○    Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

○    Vendor/Supplier Management

○    Purchase Orders

○    Invoicing and Payments

●    Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as:

○    Ivalua

○    Coupa

○    SAP

○    Oracle

○    or similar platforms.

●    Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC.

●    Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

●    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. fileciteturn1file0L79-L100

Preferred

●    Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or Procurement are an advantage but not mandatory.
