Job Description
- Analyze and document business requirements to implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure the alignment of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with business strategies and goals.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and optimization opportunities within the Oracle EPM Cloud platform.
- Support the testing and deployment phases of Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support business users.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing Oracle EPM Cloud systems to enhance performance.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Demonstrated success managing global change management, leading software implementations, and coordinating with stakeholders across diverse regions.
- Deep expertise in management accounting, financial planning & analysis, and management reporting within the financial services or banking industry.
- Background working in Agile delivery environments.
- Handson exposure to SQL, Smart View, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is required.
- Certifications in Oracle EPM, Change Management, or Business Analysis are advantageous.
