Senior Business Analyst Automation Team

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic program designed to modernize operations through secure, scalable digital solutions and AI-enabled innovation.
This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automation and digital transformation initiatives.
The position reports to designated senior International or National Staff within company's Information Technology Department.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Organize meetings and collaborate with product managers to define product vision, scope, and roadmap
- Write user stories, epics, and release plans
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis
- Present and validate requirements with product and technical teams
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Improve requirements-gathering processes
Product Design & Development
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
- Define product features in collaboration with technical teams
- Support sprint planning and release cycles
- Optimize delivery pipelines to maximize value
Production Support
- Participate in post-go-live maintenance planning
- Coordinate with IT support teams for incident resolution
- Provide regular progress updates and root cause analyses
Operational Management
- Validate requirements for completeness and feasibility (INVEST principles)
- Develop process models, diagrams, and documentation
- Conduct peer reviews of business requirements
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure complete documentation for product deployment
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience
- 5+ years in business process design and documentation
- 5+ years in QA and testing of IT applications
- Proven experience in requirements analysis, modeling, and validation
- Experience overseeing design and implementation of software solutions
- Strong experience working with ServiceNow products and platform
- Experience participating in governance boards and leading workshops
Technical Expertise
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
- Experience with Citizen Development programs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology stack:
- SharePoint
- PowerApps
- Power Automate
- Copilot
- Process Mining tools
- GenAI technologies
- Strong ServiceNow Platform and Employee Center knowledge
