Job Description:

Own key workstreams such as financial and lending performance analysis, customer segmentation, or market sizing
Build financial models and forecasting tools to support new fintech initiatives and business cases
Conduct external market research and competitor benchmarking across payments, lending, and digital finance
Translate complex data into strategic insights and communicate them to senior stakeholders
Collaborate across functions including product, risk, operations, marketing, and finance
Prepare executive materials for high-level forums such as board meetings and business reviews

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in any disciplain
Minimum 1 year of full-time working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Proven track record in complex problem solving using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques and genuine curiosity to get to the root causes of problems is a must
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills - or willingness to improve them in a dynamic environment
