Skills

Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, CBAP, ECBA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Draw.io, or similar.

Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Strong business process modeling and workflow design expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User

Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and solution assessments.

Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Product Owners to ensure successful

project delivery.

Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions.

Define project scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Service/Product-based organizations.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams.

Experience working with ERP, WMS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Applications will be

preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Experience in project coordination and client interaction.

Understanding of databases, APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
