Level : Mid or Senior (10 years of experience)

Location - Pasig

Work setup - Hybrid (3 Day reporting to office)

Shift - Day shift

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative supporting enterprise platforms and system integrations. The ideal candidate will be a strong Agile BA with expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, user stories, and UAT coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions

Analyze and document business processes and requirements

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation

Manage and refine product backlogs in Agile environments

Coordinate UAT, testing activities, and defect resolution

Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and vendors on solution delivery

Requirements:

10+ years of Business Analysis experience

5+ years in a Senior Business Analyst role

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Accounting sectors

Strong Agile and Waterfall experience

Azure DevOps experience

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong experience in business process design and documentation

UAT and QA coordination experience

Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, or Power BI is a plus
