Senior Business Analyst (AI, Automation & Process Improvement) - Hybrid, Night Shift, QC

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can drive process improvement, AI-enabled transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives across the business.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how work gets done, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping teams adopt new ways of working through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and process redesign. You'll work closely with business leaders, operational teams, and technology partners to analyze processes, gather requirements, support workflow automation initiatives, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in business analysis, process mapping, process redesign, workflow automation, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement, combined with a genuine interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to solve business problems.

You'll partner directly with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to help build scalable, efficient, and sustainable processes that balance automation with human expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled, automated, and agentic workflows that improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes and recommend practical process redesign initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to define requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business teams to support process transformation and automation initiatives.
• Use data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and measure improvement outcomes.
• Support workflow automation efforts using AI, low-code platforms, or business process management tools.
• Document business requirements, process flows, user stories, business rules, and solution recommendations.
• Contribute to the design of human-in-the-loop processes that effectively combine automation with operational oversight.
• Support change management, communications, and user adoption activities for new processes and technologies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational performance, scalability, and service delivery.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure new processes are sustainable, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate workflows and recommend improvements that enhance speed, quality, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Redesign, Operational Excellence, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, process documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting business process redesign and automation initiatives.
• Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, low-code solutions, workflow tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies and operational efficiency best practices.
• Experience evaluating current-state processes and developing future-state workflow recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend practical business solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical partners.
• Knowledge of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, or Operational Excellence frameworks is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Demonstrated curiosity and interest in AI, Automation, Agentic Systems, and Emerging Technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to business challenges.
• Experience in legal, content, publishing, or highly regulated operational environments is a plus.
• Commitment to responsible and ethical use of AI technologies.

Work Arrangement:

• Set-Up: Hybrid (1x/month onsite reporting)
• Office: UP AyalaLand Technohub, Commonwealth, Quezon City
• Schedule: Night Shift (9:00PM– 5:00AM)
