About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of business solutions across enterprise systems. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Support project planning, estimation, and prioritization of requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality delivery of solutions.
Process Improvement & Strategy
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support change management and training activities related to new systems or processes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare business cases, process flows, use cases, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of requirements, decisions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in large-scale enterprise or development sector projects.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements management, and solution delivery.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and BPMN.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid 3x/week onsite)
