What You'll Do
- Respond to enquiries and action requests from Directors and Senior Brokers.
- Process new business, renewals, and policy maintenance with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide and follow up on quotations and policy renewals, ensuring the best options for clients.
- Conductremarketing of renewals, negotiating with insurers to secure competitive coverage.
- Prepare and manage correspondence between our Client's Insurance, clients, and underwriters, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Lodge and oversee claims, working closely with underwriters to facilitate smooth processing until finalization.
- Manage debtors and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain financial stability.
Key Criteria
- Mid-to-senior-level experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of brokerage processes.
- Tier 1 qualification (essential).
- Strong background in insurance, ideally with Australian insurance experience.
- The ability to work independently, think critically, and problem-solve, especially when engaging with insurers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with Insight (internal insurance system) is a plus.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
