Cosmetique Asia Corporation, makers of Silka, Juicy Cologne, Bambini Baby Cologne, Biogenic Alcohol, Protect soap, and etc, is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Officer.

  • To be able to contributes and assists the Brand Manager in conceptualizing and implementing all marketing related activities to ensure sales tumover, market share, and profitability of the brand.
  • To be able to supervise and helps in the overall marketing efforts and plays an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
  • To be able to grasps consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas, concepts, principles, and tactics to be able to deliver effective marketing programs to boost brand reputation and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in implementing brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels.

3. Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store activities.

4. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements

5. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.

6. Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to improve brand positioning

7. Must know the market share of the brand at any given time. In order to determine brand shares, he/she should be able to gather information from sources such as accounts comments and report, research surveys, trade associations, and the like.

8. Provide recommendations on how to defend market share and continue to monitor all competitive programs and activities.

9. Assist in supervising and in checking of the Digital Team's contents in different social media platforms.

10. Assist, supervise, and guide the graphic artists and content specialists in producing digital materials.

11. Assist in supervising and checking of the influencers / KOLs per brand recommended by the community and influencer specialist.

12. Assist, supervise, and guide the community and influencer specialist for the overall PR campaign.

13. Must know the sales tumover on per product and per account basis. Coordinate with Sales on a regular basis to ensure product placement and movement at each and every account / outlet

14. Conduct periodic store visit to provide product orientation, gather information, and check brand performance especially versus competition. He/she must be able to thresh out any problems the store may be encountering in terms of merchandising, promotions, and timeliness of deliveries, etc. He/she must be able to make the necessary recommendations in order to improve the business.

15. Assist Brand Manager in monitoring the inventory on a daily basis. He/she should be able to manage the inventory versus demand per category, making immediate actions to ensure orders are served.
