Job Summary:
Our Senior Brand Manager is responsible in developing & executing D.A.R.E* brand & product strategies under his/her assigned GOBE Brands (under 2-3 major category scope) in order to build differentiation, drive profitability and brand love for retail stores. He/She is also responsible to lead in over-all Own Brand or Exclusive projects.

This role focuses on:
- Developing strategies for differentiation vs branded competitors and to capitalize on industry trends while achieving financial target through 100% delivery of category/brand sales, total profit, and GOBE sales participation.
- Implementing Business Development through on time delivery and execution of New Product Developments and be the first to launch Exclusive trendy and innovative products relevant to the category.
- Brand Management through Development and implementation of brand-building programs resulting in positive brands sales, margins and EBIT, according to agreed metrics; periodic assessment of competitor's activities, pricing and promo initiatives while strategizing on brand positioning and segmentation for existing and new brands
