Job Description

The Senior Brand Communications Manager is responsible for executing approved brand and communications objectives in-market. The role focuses on planning, implementation, budget control, and performance tracking to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget. Brand strategy and direction are set by HQ; this role is accountable for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution and Planning

  • Deliver annual business objectives and brand pillars through communications and marketing initiatives
  • Implement and manage the annual Communications Calendar across all channels
  • Develop implementation plans, timelines, and checklists for all initiatives

2.Control and Reporting

  • Track execution progress and ensure timely delivery of approved programs
  • Monitor and control the communications and marketing budget
  • Prepare and submit monthly marketing reports
  • Support and coordinate crisis communications when required

3.Social Media and Content

  • Implement and manage the social media plan in line with approved brand direction
  • Oversee content creation, publishing schedules, and performance tracking

4.Vendor and Partner Management

  • Manage agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Ensure contracts, scopes of work, and deliverables are clearly defined and monitored
