Job Description

Job Title: Senior Brand Associate

Brands Handled: Silka

Department: Marketing / Brand Management

Reports To: Brand Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Brand Associate supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand initiatives for Silka. This role ensures strong brand presence in the market by coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting in product launches, monitoring competitor activities, and collaborating with sales and trade teams to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Execution

  • Assist in developing and executing brand plans for Silka or Juicy Cologne and Biogenic Alcohol
  • Support marketing campaigns including digital, in-store, and trade activations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and platforms
  • Coordinate with creatives, agencies, and suppliers for marketing materials

Market & Sales Report

  • Work closely with Sales team to support promotions and trade activities
  • Monitor product performance and sell-through in key accounts
  • Assist in preparation of sales tools (presentations, product sheets, etc.)
  • Help in planning and execution of merchandising initiatives

Product & Campaign Monitoring

  • Track brand KPIs such as sales performance, market share, and campaign results
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches
  • Conduct market visits to check visibility and execution in stores
  • Prepare post-activity evaluation reports

Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate timelines for marketing activities and product launches
  • Assist in managing marketing budget tracking and documentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain)
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in brand management, marketing, or FMCG is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Willing to be assigned in Balintawak,QC.
