Work Schedule: 12am to 9:00am PH, Tue to Sat (8am to 5pm PST, Mon to Fri)

Specifics of Work Setup: Required onsite during monthly / quarterly team meetings and when required by D&V / Client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and oversee daily bookkeeping for multiple clients using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with journalizing payroll entries and related tax filings.
- Support audit and review engagements by preparing schedules and documentation if needed.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with accountants and tax professionals to ensure accurate reporting and filings.
- Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and full-cycle bookkeeping, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, etc.).
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
