JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company's overall financial operations. The position involves managing transactions, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal and external teams to maintain compliance and efficiency in financial processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Record and update transactions using accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Assist in day-to-day transactional accounting requirements
- Coordinate and audit Accounts Payable transactions with an international team
- Cover staff who are absent for time-sensitive responsibilities
- Review that internal accounting and staff processes are followed
- Follow company processes and protocols
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- At least 3 years of solid accounting experience
- Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online versions is an advantage
- Knowledge of AP / AR auditing is an advantage

- Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
- Day, Mid, and Night Shifts Available (+20% night shift differential)
