Overview
The MSME Billing Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) customers. This role ensures accurate invoice generation and validation, timely resolution of billing queries, compliance with telecom and e-invoicing regulations, and coordination with internal teams to maintain smooth billing operations.
Functions
- Generate and validate monthly billing invoices for MSME customers.
- Ensure full compliance with telecom regulations and government e-invoicing standards.
- Validate charges, usage data (CDRs), discounts, and plan details prior to invoice release.
- Handle MSME customer billing queries, disputes, and adjustments within defined SLAs.
- Reconcile billed revenue against usage data and contract terms.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate billing and e-invoice data.
- Ensure proper integration and conduct QA/testing between billing systems and online portals.
- Monitor and enforce policies and procedures related to billing operations.

Work Environment
- Work Hours: Standard office hours with occasional weekday or weekend overtime, especially during month-end or high-volume periods.
- Work Environment: Primarily office-based with potential for remote work, subject to management approval.

- Strict adherence to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and internal confidentiality protocols is required.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of telecom billing or digital invoicing experience.
- Good understanding of billing systems and processes.
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
- Prior experience working with MSME or enterprise telecom customers.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and information-sharing skills.
