You own the integrity of the revenue cycle, ensuring that every invoice, adjustment, and credit note is executed with surgical precision during night-shift operations. You are not a helper or a supporter; you are a senior financial operator responsible for maintaining the digital audit trail and ensuring that billing discrepancies are caught and resolved before they impact company cash flow.

This role exists inside GoTeam to protect internal financial standards and ensure scalable billing operations. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, high-volume accuracy, and a structured work environment where data integrity is the primary measure of success.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 35 years experience in billing, collections, or accounting roles
• Strong accounting fundamentals and knowledge of financial processes
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and analysis
• Comfortable with hybrid setup (onsite for first 3 months in Cebu IT Park, then hybrid)
• Able to work night shift (12:00 AM9:00 AM PH Time) consistently
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in issuing invoices, adjustments, and credit notes
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with accounting platforms (XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB) preferred
• Structured, process-driven, and capable of following review workflows

Responsibility Pillars

Billing & Revenue Governance

You own the accuracy of the invoicing pipeline, ensuring 100% compliance with internal financial protocols.

• Execute the issuance of invoices, adjustments, and credit notes with zero-error tolerance.
• Audit billing data against contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Maintain real-time updates in the accounting system to ensure a single source of truth.

Collections & Stakeholder Management

You transform outstanding accounts into realized revenue through disciplined follow-ups and professional assertiveness.

• Monitor aging reports and drive proactive collection activities.
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies by coordinating cross-functionally with account managers and clients.
• Negotiate payment timelines while protecting company cash flow interests.

Financial Architecture & Reporting

You translate raw financial data into structured reports that ensure audit-readiness and operational visibility.

• Generate weekly and monthly billing summaries for leadership.
• Identify and eliminate messy data entry workflows by designing structured SOPs.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining a flawless digital filing system.
