Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Power BI Developer with 8+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning end-to-end BI and data engineering deliverables with minimal supervision, working closely with business stakeholders, and supporting data transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
- Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
- Work on Databricks-based data engineering, data transformation, and integration activities.
- Own end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to existing solutions.
- Coordinate deployments and support post-implementation activities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including:
- Dashboard Development
- Data Modeling
- DAX
- Power Query
- Advanced SQL development and database querying skills.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and transformation.
- Experience in end-to-end solution ownership and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
