What You'll Do:
- Dynamic and hands-on Ground Trainer in North & Central Luzon who will play a key role in developing our Beauty Advisors (BAs) through on-site coaching, store visits, and in-the-moment training sessions.
- This role is critical in ensuring consistent brand standards, excellent customer service, and strong product knowledge across retail locations.
- The Ground Trainer will support execution of national training programs and adapt them for in-store implementation while also providing feedback from the ground to the Training and Operations teams.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a training, coaching, or supervisory role in retail or the beauty industry.
- Strong background in customer service and product selling techniques.
- Ability to facilitate one-on-one coaching and small group huddles.
- Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork and store visits in North & Central Luzon area
- Amenable to start ASAP and work on-site occasionally at BGC, Taguig, and in assigned store locations from Monday to Friday.
