As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the industry, oil and gas, downstream business sector. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in the identified sector
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new clients and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through excellent account management
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform the sales strategy
- Contribute to the overall sales and business development objectives of the organization
Qualification
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the industry, oil and gas, downstream business sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and trends
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, results-driven approach
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales/business development experience
- At least 5 - 8 years experienced in a sales executive role within the covered markets / sector
