About the Role
- You'll lead backend feature development using .NET and AWS technologies, translating business needs into robust services.
- You'll also mentor teammates, contribute to architectural decisions, and leverage AI-assisted tooling responsibly to boost both quality and speedwhile still writing code that you're proud to sign your name to.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET and AWS.
- Own backend development from refinement to production readiness.
- Deliver in small, high-quality increments aligned to sprint goals.
- Translate business needs into secure, performant, scalable APIs.
- Conduct code reviews focused on correctness, maintainability, and standards.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve test coverage and reduce bugswhile validating results.
- Collaborate with QA on release readiness and post-release support.
- Contribute to CI/CD improvements, performance tuning, and team knowledge-sharing.

- Proven ability to clearly document and communicate tech decisions.
