Your role
As a
Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will:
Design & Build Software- Collaborate with clients and partners to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, build, and deploy software applications according to project plans.
- Develop prototypes and explore technical alternatives to meet performance and usability goals.
Execution & Maintenance- Maintain and enhance existing systems through debugging, feature improvements, and performance optimization.
- Provide system support and technical guidance to users and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation within owned systems and components.
Solution Design & Architecture - Contribute to system architecture and design optimization.
- Support architectural reviews and assist in developing scalable technical solutions.
Process & Knowledge Sharing- Document processes, technical designs, and project deliverables in company repositories.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the engineering team.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:- Bacheloru0027s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong experience with .NET C#, Azure Cloud, SQL, and NoSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Preferred skills/expertise:- Experience in system architecture or solution design.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Experience collaborating with global or client-facing teams.
