About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build and scale an AI-powered healthcare platform. You'll develop secure, high-performance backend services, integrate AI solutions, and design scalable APIs while working closely with AI engineers, product teams, and frontend developers.
Location: KMC One Griffinstone, Proworking Space, Alabang
Shift & Set Up: Hybrid (2x onsite) Nightshift
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Experience: 5-8 Years
- Build and integrate GenAI, Agentic AI, and LangChain/LangGraph solutions
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases
- Develop scalable backend services with focus on performance, security, and reliability
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, messaging services, and AI platforms
- Deploy applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Write unit/integration tests and maintain high code quality
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of backend development experience
- Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI (Django/Flask is a plus)
- Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend systems
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, GenAI, or Agentic AI frameworks
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
