Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a strongly typed programming language, such as Go (Golang) or Java.
Hands-on experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Spanner).
Proficiency with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Proven experience in developing well-architected APIs and microservices.
Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Azure cloud.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
A clear understanding of the distinction between coding and software engineering, emphasizing systems thinking, scalability, and quality.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, manage deliverables, and align teams to achieve consistent outcomes.
Amenable to working on a day shift schedule and hybrid set-up (3x on-site).
Willing to work in Makati City.
