Senior Back End Developer (.Net)

Job Title: Senior Engineer, Software Engineering (BackEnd Developer)
Reports To: Development Supervisor / Development Manager

Purpose of the Role

Work closely with clients to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software by following current industry and corporate standards, ensuring solutions align with company business needs and technology strategy.

Responsibilities

Design & Build Software (50%)
Work closely with customers or partners to understand requirements, develop prototypes, and discuss potential technical solutions. Follow project schedules to plan, design, build, and deploy solutions that meet client needs.

Execution & Maintenance (30%)
Through deep knowledge of one or more system areas, take responsibility for bug fixes, feature and module enhancements, and user software support. Consult with, support, and guide internal stakeholders on impacts related to owned system areas. Identify opportunities to innovate within owned areas.

Solution Design & Architecture (10%)
Identify and optimize system architecture and solution design under the mentorship of senior software engineers.

Process and Knowledge Sharing (10%)
Follow development processes and create and maintain required software documentation and project artifacts within repositories and documentation libraries. Learn and share knowledge within areas of expertise.

Qualifications

Education Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong candidates with other relevant degree backgrounds will also be considered.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in software development.
