Job Type: Hourly Pay (Active Phone Time) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Telesales Executive who thrives in a high-volume cold calling environment.

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident on the phone, resilient to rejection, and driven by commission-based earnings.

Your success in this role will depend on consistent outbound calling, strong lead generation skills, and the ability to convert conversations into sales.

Key Focus

This is a high-volume outbound telesales role where performance is measured by active phone time and sales results.

Core expectations include:

  • Making 200+ B2B outbound calls per day
  • Achieving a minimum of 4 hours active phone time daily
  • Consistent cold calling and lead generation
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Recording all activity within our CRM system
Payment Structure

Hourly Rate

  • £12.71 per hour for active outbound phone time only

Commission

  • £0.50 per unit sold
  • 3% commission on regular products
  • 5% commission on own-brand products

Bonus

  • £100 bonus for each Screen Protector Cutting Machine sold

This role offers uncapped earning potential for individuals who consistently maintain high call volumes and convert leads into sales.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Continuous cold calling to business leads
  • Identifying and contacting new potential customers
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Conducting follow-up calls with prospects
  • Sourcing new leads daily
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven B2B telesales or cold calling experience
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong resilience and persistence
  • Highly self-motivated and target driven
  • Ability to generate and qualify your own leads
  • Experience using CRM systems
Working Hours
  • Operating hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT
  • Must maintain consistent calling activity throughout the day
  • Call activity is monitored through our phone system
Technical Requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet home office environment
  • Own laptop and smartphone
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and online dialers
Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Minimum 4 hours active phone time daily
  • Meeting weekly call targets
  • Consistent conversion of calls into sales
  • Ongoing lead generation and pipeline growth

This role is specifically suited to individuals who enjoy high-volume telephone sales.

Your earnings are directly linked to your phone activity and results. The more effectively you engage with prospects and generate sales, the greater your earning potential.
