Job Description

At least 7 years of experience in automotive service advising, technical support, or a similar role, including 2 years in a senior position.
With ASE Service Consultant certification (or equivalent) preferred; extra training in diagnostics or manufacturer-specific programs is an advantage.
Skilled in using shop management software, diagnostic tools, and CRM systems for record-keeping and customer communication.
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and be willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
Worked with brands such as Toyota, Tata, Proton, LDV, Shantui, KGM, Suzuki, Hino, Howo, Sinotruk, Wuling
Provide expert advice on automotive technical issues to enhance vehicle performance and compliance.
Conduct detailed performance and functional testing on automotive systems to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical challenges in automotive design and functionality.
Utilize performance tuning techniques to optimize vehicle systems and enhance user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge in automotive technology.
