Senior Automotive Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our high-end automotive care facility. This role focuses on optimizing workflows for Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, vinyl wrapping, and routine automotive maintenance service.

As Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a team of operations officers, skilled technicians, detailers, and service advisors to ensure superior craft precision, high customer satisfaction, maximum shop efficiency, and strict quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Shop Management

• Oversee daily shop operations for PPF, vinyl wraps, detailing, and preventive maintenance.
• Optimize bay allocation, technician scheduling, and job staging to maximize efficiency and turnaround times.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high-precision installs, surface prep, and maintenance workflows.

2. Quality Assurance & Standards

• Enforce rigorous quality control (QC) checks prior to vehicle delivery to maintain flawless finish standards.
• Implement warranty protocols and handle complex technical or installation escalations.
• Monitor shop cleanliness, climate control requirements (dust-free environments for film/coating application), and safety protocols.

3. Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate technicians, wrap installers, detailers, and service support staff.
• Design technical onboarding and ongoing training programs for new film/coating products and installation techniques.
• Foster a productive, safety-conscious, and accountable team environment.

4. Financial & Supply Chain Management

• Analyze P&L, operational budgets, labor costs, and materials inventory (PPF rolls, vinyl stocks, chemical supplies, maintenance parts.
• Reduce material waste and optimize film plotting/cutting yield.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of operational leadership in the automotive industry (specifically PPF/vinyl wrap studio, or premium service center).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of PPF software/cutters, vinyl wrapping techniques, protective coatings, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams, setting KPIs, and driving operational efficiency.
• Skills: Excellent customer service, inventory control, budget management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Software Proficiency: CRM and Google Workspace
• Flexibility: Willing to be assigned in Quezon City with occasional travel to different branches
• Availability: Can start ASAP
