Job Description

In this role, you'll lead end‑to‑end automation initiatives—analyzing processes, designing scalable solutions, and deploying robotic automation to improve quality and efficiency across service delivery operations. You'll also act as a trusted advisor, supporting teams through coaching, training, and hands‑on consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Automation Design (20%)

  • Identify automation opportunities by analyzing current-state processes
  • Develop business cases and design end‑to‑end automation solution blueprints

Service Delivery Coaching & Consulting (20%)

  • Support large and fast‑growing teams in adopting automation and innovation
  • Deliver automation workshops and training sessions
  • Mentor colleagues on workflow and RPA development best practices

Solution Development & Implementation (40%)

  • Design future-state solutions using RPA, workflows, platforms, and process redesign
  • Configure scripts and implement workflow platforms
  • Review automation code, enforce development standards, and ensure quality delivery
  • Own deployment activities and track business impact metrics

Project Planning & Execution (10%)

  • Support planning and execution of division-level projects
  • Manage risks, issues, changes, and provide regular status updates

Automation Maintenance (10%)

  • Maintain and enhance existing automations through structured change control
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of automation solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 14+ years of overall technology experience
  • 6+ years of hands‑on experience with RPA
  • Client-facing experience is a plus
  • Advanced RPA developer certification (UiPath or similar) strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and coaching ability
  • Ability to envision and design future-state automated processes
  • Proven experience designing workflows and translating business processes into automation designs
  • Structured problem-solving mindset with creative and critical thinking
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, change control, and source control
  • Proven people leadership experience, including mentoring and code reviews
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Working knowledge of insurance processes
  • Strong development/scripting experience with UiPath and/or WinAutomation, plus VBA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
