We are looking for an experienced Senior Australian Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in end-to-end mortgage processing.
- Process loan applications from submission to settlement
- Handle MIR and Borrowing Capacity (BC)
- Review documents and conduct loan analysis
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with lender requirements
- Use HubSpot and Infinity to manage loan information
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Australian mortgage loan processing experience
- Strong MIR, BC, and loan analysis knowledge
- Experience with HubSpot and Infinity
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a high-volume environment
- Employees are required to remain on Zoom during working hours for communication and monitoring
- Must have a reliable internet connection and own work equipment
