Job Description

Work Setup & Schedule:

Available Shifts (Monday to Friday):

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite per month or quarter)

9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Initially requires 3 months onsite training, followed by a transition to a hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite per month or quarter)

What will make you a great fit:

  • CPA is required
  • Has at least three (3) years of work experience.
  • Has experience to review and evaluate tasks of other team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a highly automated environment, with strict monthly reporting deadlines.
  • Is willing to extend himself beyond the immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
  • Preferred industries: digital assets, manufacturing, retail, logistics, and hospitality.

What you'll be doing:

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Plan effective auditing processes.
  • Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Assess risk management tactics.
  • Performs audits of non financial areas.
  • Report systematic errors or fraud indicators.
  • Investigate specific issues regulatory bodies bring forward.
  • Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.

Operations:

  • Handles review and evaluation of tasks performed by assigned direct reports.
  • Performs detailed work which cannot be delegated to other junior staff members.
  • Assists in other technical projects as directed.
  • Participates in proper planning and scheduling of work assignments for team members on client engagements or within the team.
  • Works with client's personnel in providing the services necessary to meet client's needs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in handling client's problems.

Team Management:

  • Can be involved in the recruitment process of other team members through interviews to assess required level of competency for a specific engagement or client. And able to provide recommendations for the final interview with the hiring manager.
  • Demonstrate potential leadership, sound business judgement and administrative capability.
  • Participates actively in staff meetings and professional development work.
