Senior Auditor

Job Summary:

The role of an audit senior associate is to provide coaching and conduct detailed review on the

work of the associate ensuring adherence to applicable auditing and regulatory frameworks.

This may also include performance of routine back-office audit procedures on key areas. Key

expectation for this role is to ensure timely delivery of quality output to offshore engagement

teams while upholding adherence to PwC global assurance standards and strong commitment

to progress through continuous improvements.

Qualification and Competencies:

• Candidate must be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate.
• Preference will be given to PwC returning employees with at least 3 busy season experience
• With audit experience in banking, insurance, financial services, and AWM industries.
• Willing to work full-time in Ortigas Center/ any regional office with RTO requirement of at least 2x a week / 8x a month
• Willing to work on a mid shift or night shift schedule as needed
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Working knowledge in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and other Data Analytics tool

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Fully seconded to Assurance Offshore Services as Senior Associate to perform Assurance work for

assigned engagements, with flexibility to undertake Associate/Preparer responsibilities

based on business demand.

• Deliver high-quality output aligned with PwC global assurance standards and engagement team's expectations
• Demonstrate knowledge on basic financial auditing procedures
• Keep up-to-date with technical accounting developments using the firm's knowledge and
• research tools
• Interact with virtual team members on a timely basis and create good working
• relationships
• Handle interviews and discussions with clients and other third-party contacts
• Contribute to a positive working environment by knowledge sharing and working effectively with team members
