Senior Audit Manager/Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance clients across various industries
• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion in compliance with International Standards on Auditing (SSA)
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and audit reports
• Ensure audits are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
• Provide technical guidance on IFRS and audit-related matters
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit seniors and associates
• Review internal controls and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
• Assist partners/directors in business development and proposal preparation
• Participate in staff training and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification
• CPA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• Minimum 7 years of relevant audit experience, preferably with an international or mid-tier accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Strong project management and client management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software applications
• Positive attitude, strong leadership qualities, and willingness to mentor junior staff
