Responsibilities
Store Audit Leadership & Governance
- Lead the nationwide Store Operations Assurance program, ensuring uniform and accurate execution of store audits with strong calibration across regions.
Customer Service Audit GR.EE.T Framework
- Audit how Store Heads and Area Heads reinforce the framework.
- Identify gaps in service execution and recommend focused interventions.
- Monitor alignment of customer service standards with overall store operations performance.
Compliance & SOP Adherence
- Ensure stores comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, and retail operating standards.
POS, Financial & Inventory Irregularities
- Audit inventory-related activities, including receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and shrinkage trends.
- Partner with HR and Treasury for cases requiring further investigation.
Store Leadership & Execution Discipline
- Assess how effectively Store Heads and Area Heads enforce operational policies and maintain compliance within their stores.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence
- Work closely with the Luzon and VisMin Ops Heads to ensure clear follow-through on audit corrections and performance improvements.
- Partner with HR, Merchandising, Finance, and Business Development for issues requiring broader cross-functional intervention.
Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions across all stores and validate their completion.
Planning, Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly audit dashboards highlighting trends, root causes, high-risk stores, and systemic operational gaps.
