The Senior Audit Associate will handle complex client engagements, supervise audit staff, prepare and review audit documentation, and work closely with our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute audit engagements independently for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Report directly to the Audit Manager and provide regular updates on engagement progress
- Supervise and review the work of audit staff to ensure quality and timeliness
- Handle complex client accounts and navigate challenging audit situations professionally
- Assist in coordinating audit activities across the team, even with limited prior exposure to coordination work
- Prepare and review audit documentation, work papers, and reports
- Identify audit issues and escalate appropriately to the Audit Manager
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
- At least 3–4 years of audit experience
- Able to handle at least 4 busy audit seasons
- Experience supervising or reviewing work of junior staff is an advantage
- Has handle complex clients and coordinating (Preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
