The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in the AU mortgage industry, including credit management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential lending
  • Hands-on experience with loan lodgement processes
  • Proficiency in ApplyOnline and property valuation tools such as CoreLogic
  • Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong task prioritization skills and the ability to manage shifting deadlines
  • Self-managed with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Critical thinker with a proactive approach
  • Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
  • Team player with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred

Your Daily Tasks

  • Interpret, clarify, and implement product changes and lender policy updates
  • Provide support to the broker network through email, telephone, and forums
  • Offer SME guidance to brokers to help structure deals and navigate lending policies
  • Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise
  • Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network
