About the role
Experience in residential drafting (homes/extensions + landscape including pools & planting)
Core Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, buildable construction documentation from approved concepts
- Prepare DA / CDC / CC approvals drawing packages to Landart standards
- Complete construction details, schedules, and drawing updates post-engineering
- Support estimating with quantities, constructability input, and clarification
- Maintain drawing accuracy through revisions and site changes
- Follow and improve Landart's Design Estimate Construction workflow
- Reduce RFIs and rework through clear, consistent documentation
Key Outputs / Measurables
- Documentation issued construction-ready with minimal revisions
- Turnaround time per design stage
- Estimator feedback on documentation quality
- Reduction in senior designer drafting hours
- Reduction in construction RFIs linked to documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior Vectorworks proficiency in both 2D & 3D (construction detailing essential)
- Senior Enscape (3D rendering software) proficiency
- Australian residential documentation experience
- Strong understanding of build sequencing and tolerances
- Comfortable working from redlines, mark-ups, online meetings & transcripts
- High attention to detail and process discipline
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
- Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (WFH)
- Permanent Homebased
- Equipment will be provided by the company
- Candidates are expected to have a dedicated workspace at home (quiet, conducive, and distraction free)
- Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed.
