Senior Associate Producer

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Associate Producer. The Senior Associate Producer will oversee podcast production, manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality audio content. Responsibilities also include developing podcast strategies, ensuring adherence to brand identity, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Additional duties may involve troubleshooting production challenges, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall production quality.

• Proficiency in podcast production, audio editing, and post-production tools
• Project management experience, including scheduling, coordinating, and troubleshooting production timelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of brand development, storytelling techniques, and podcast audience engagement strategies
• Experience in content strategy or digital media, with an eye for detail and quality
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple deadlines
• Familiarity with audio distribution platforms and staying updated on podcast trends
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in podcast production or related fields
