Drive Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns with banking and brand partners to enhance customer acquisition and increase sales.
Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Leverage Technology for Integration: Use in-house technology to facilitate seamless integration with partner systems, ensuring efficient execution of partnership programs.
Monitor & Optimize Partner Success: Continuously monitor partnership performance, measure KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and impact.
Develop New Relationships: Identify new partnership opportunities, expand the partner network, and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in banking and brand industries.

What You Will Need
Experience in Bank & Brand Partnerships or Marketing Campaigns: 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, or marketing.
Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with banks and brands, and communicate effectively at all levels.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and develop growth strategies for partnerships that align with business goals.
