Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Associate - Outbound Sales. The Senior Associate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, developing outbound sales strategies, conducting cold calls and emails, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. They will be tasked with maintaining a sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, tracking key metrics, and supporting client onboarding. Collaboration with cross functional team to optimize outreach efforts will also be a core aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collecting leads: Identify and gather leads via LinkedIn, exhibitions, and industry-specific sources.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through targeted calls.
  • Email Outreach: Craft and send emails to potential clients to drive interest and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets 
  • E-commerce product Campaigns: Research market trends plan, and lead product campaign for e-commerce platforms.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients effectively
  • Inquiry Management: Handle email and phone inquiries efficiently and pass onto CS team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. 

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in outbound sales, lead generation, and relationship management, preferably in the Australian market
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and lead tracking systems
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in customer research, data analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of sales strategies for BPO or SME markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to adapt to remote working environments and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to meet sales target
  • Experience in leading client sales meeting to close deals
  • Preferably experience in promotional merchandizing sector
