What You'll Do
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who will own the development and execution of social-first content across platforms while helping grow our brand presence and community.
Key Responsibility Areas
Social Media Management
- Develop and maintain content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms for edamama and private label
- Execute content plans from ideation to publishing
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and platform-appropriate storytelling
- Monitor social media trends and recommend opportunities for content growth
- Analyze post and campaign performance, generate insights, and identify optimization opportunities
Content Creation & Offline Content Production
- Regularly visit stores to capture content for retail initiatives, merchandising, campaigns, and brand moments
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit social-first content for various platforms
- Create content that highlights the in-store experience, products, and customer stories
- Produce engaging formats including short-form videos, reels, TikToks, stories, and other digital assets
- Be comfortable appearing on camera as a brand representative/content creator
Paid Social Support
- Support paid social initiatives through Meta platforms
- Assist in boosting high-performing content and campaign assets
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify content amplification opportunities
- Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Marketing Event Support
- Support planning, execution, and content coverage of marketing events including expos, brand activations, store launches, and other initiatives
- Create real-time event content for social media channels
- Capture event highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and audience engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize event visibility and impact
Livestream Ownership
- Lead planning and execution of livestream initiatives
- Develop livestream concepts focused on brand awareness, engagement, and campaign amplification
- Coordinate hosts, scripts, production needs, schedules, and promotional activities
- Ensure livestream content aligns with brand objectives and audience interests
- Analyze livestream performance and identify improvements for future sessions
Content Creator & Influencer Coordination
- Manage relationships and coordination with creators, influencers, and KOLs
- Prepare content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval processes
- Ensure creator content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Support sourcing and evaluation of emerging creators and partnership opportunities
- Track campaign deliverables and content performance
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
- Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, livestream content)
- Strong creative storytelling and content ideation skills
- Comfortable being on camera and creating creator-led content
- Experience with basic content production (shooting, editing, scripting, and content planning)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking
- Experience coordinating with influencers, creators, or KOLs is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to visit stores and support on-ground marketing activities
