Will spearhead the offset initiative of RBSC for Midrange Team.
Responsible for managing and effectively monitoring the performance of assigned external collection agencies.
Provides enhancements on set-off process, recommendations in increasing collection productivity of external collection agencies, manages agency collectors during agency visits, and attends to walk-in, incoming calls, emails of cardholders in resolving issues that causes non-payment of accounts.
Evaluates cardholders request for payment arrangements, computes and recommends appropriate payment scheme to aid cardholders who are experiencing financial difficulty without compromising the interest of the company.
Job Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year business course
Preferably with 1 year experience in Collections handling Third Party Agencies
With a working and thorough knowledge of Credit Card Operations
Good oral and communication skills and multi-tasking skills
With a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Computer literate and is highly systematic, analytical, and organized
