Position Summary
The firm is seeking a SENIOR ASSOCIATE with at least 5 years of legal experience to support their growing practice and work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on high-impact matters. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional legal services, cultivating client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex legal matters from inception to resolution
- Provide strategic legal advice and written opinions to clients
- Draft and review pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
- Appear in courts and administrative hearings
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Supervise and mentor Junior Associates and interns
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in litigation and/or corporate practice
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure litigation and advisory roles
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset
