1. Support the development, maintenance, and reporting of ACEN's consolidated funding plan through coordination with business unit, data consolidation, and financial analysis.
2. Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and other reporting outputs that provide meaningful Treasury information to management.
3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management through analysis of treasury and market data, including comparative, trend, scenario, sensitivity, and impact analysis.
4. Coordinate with business units and support functions to obtain, validate, and resolve treasury information requirements.
5. Monitor macroeconomic indicators, interest rates, foreign exchange movements, and capital market developments, and assess their impact on Treasury activities.
6. Consolidate treasury data from business units and support functions, including Operations Development, Accounting, and Treasury.
7. Process and standardize treasury data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting and analysis.
8. Validate and reconcile treasury information by coordinating with business units and support functions to ensure data integrity.
9. Maintain centralized treasury databases, reporting repositories, and standardized reporting methodologies.
10. Drive continuous improvements in treasury reporting, data governance, automation, and analytics processes.
11. Support Treasury transformation initiatives and strategic projects through data-driven analysis and analytical recommendations.
Technical Knowledge, Special Trainings and Work Experience:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, treasury reporting, financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
2. Experience in developing executive reports, dashboards, and management presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
3. Understanding of treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, funding, debt management, investments, and foreign exchange, is preferred.
4. Knowledgeable in financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ability to conduct financial performance analysis.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to consolidate, interpret, and derive actionable insights from datasets across multiple sources and formats.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
7. Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platforms.
8. Working knowledge of database querying and analytics tools, such as SQL, R, or Python, is an advantage.
9. Knowledge of data processing, transformation, cleansing, and validation techniques to ensure data quality and reporting integrity.
10. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across business units and present analytical findings to management.
11. High attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance.
12. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
