Tierra Homeres & Partners, CPAs (THP) is a growing Philippine audit and advisory firm serving mission-driven institutions, including religious congregations, non-stock non-profit schools, foundations, and social impact organizations. Our clients range from single-campus schools to multi-entity congregations with operations across the country.

What You Will Do

Depending on your level, you will:

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion

• Review working papers and coach junior staff

• Prepare and finalize financial statements and reports

• Identify internal control and tax issues

• Participate in advisory and consulting projects

• Work directly with partners and client leadership

Who We Are Looking For

Senior Audit Associate 

• 2–4 years of audit experience

• Strong understanding of PFRS, PSA, and Philippine tax compliance

• Good documentation and communication skills

• CPA preferred

Audit Supervisor 

• 4–7 years of audit experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead engagements and mentor teams

• Strong project management and client handling skills

• CPA required
