Job Description

Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare statutory reports and ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws (VAT, withholding tax, income tax)
Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
Collaborate with regional finance teams for reporting and consolidation.
Provide ad hoc financial support to management as needed.

Qualifications

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company, shared service environment, or public accounting/audit firm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes; strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
Strong accounting and financial reporting skills; attention to detail; organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines; able to work independently with minimal supervision; strong analytical and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Immediate availability preferred; able to contribute effectively with minimal supervision.
