JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Banking and Cash Application

/ Record daily bank transactions for multiple bank accounts (EUR, GBP, and USD) within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

/ Accurately apply customer payments against outstanding invoices and open transactions.

/ Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash items.

/ Escalate issues, exceptions, or unusual transactions to appropriate stakeholders.

Bank Reconciliation

/ Perform weekly bank reconciliations for all assigned bank accounts.

/ Support month-end bank reconciliation activities and ensure reconciling items are appropriately investigated and resolved.

/ Maintain reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation in accordance with internal control requirements.

Month-End Close Support

/ Extract and maintain foreign exchange rates used by the Group during month-end close activities.

/ Assist with month-end accounting tasks, reporting requirements, and reconciliation processes.

/ Ensure all assigned activities are completed within established deadlines.
