You'll play a key role in bridging business requirements and technology, while helping clients optimize processes throughout the asset finance lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner directly with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Lead analysis workshops and gather business, functional, and system requirements.
• Design detailed specifications, data models, and solution documentation.
• Configure Asset Finance systems to meet agreed business and user requirements.
• Act as the key liaison between business users, consultants, and technical teams.
• Analyze industry trends, best practices, and client needs to recommend innovative solutions.
• Support product development and testing by defining scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide expert advisory support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with global teams and clients across multiple time zones when required.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals with 4-12 years of experience in Asset Finance, Leasing, Financial Services, or related consulting environments.

Required Experience & Expertise

• Strong experience within the Asset Finance & Leasing domain.
• Knowledge of Asset and Residual Value Management.
• Understanding of Asset Finance Accounting Fundamentals.
• Experience with Auto Leasing and Equipment Finance business models.
• Knowledge of Hire Purchase and Loan Structures.
• Experience managing In-Life Contract Servicing processes.
• Understanding of the Quote-to-Contract Lifecycle.
• Strong SQL Database Design skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining Crystal Reports.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and deliver business-focused solutions.
