Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry, with significant exposure to luxury and high-end residential developments
• Demonstrated track record of closing more than ₱1 Billion in cumulative real estate transactions throughout their career
• Proven ability to consistently close high-value transactions, with individual sales averaging at least ₱6 Million per transaction
• Strong expertise in Sales Management and Sales Operations, with a history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Extensive experience in Business Development, including identifying market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth
• Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong network of affluent clients, investors, brokers, and industry partners is highly preferred
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• Experience selling sustainable, premium, or luxury real estate developments is highly preferred
Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling projects valued above ₱10 Million per unit
• Established network within the luxury residential, investment, and expatriate markets
