Senior Architectural Coordinator Manager / Architectural Coordinator

Job Description:

. Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

. Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing

. Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings

. Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies

. Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval

. Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue

. Prepare work method of statement for submission

. Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works

. Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO

. Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision

. To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score

. Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent

. At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works

. Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit

. Able to lead and work independently
